The X1 HMS Atlas is a modern Smith machine adapted to comprehensive training of the whole body. Its versatile equipment will satisfy even the most demanding users. The device has a lower and upper pulley, a prayer bench and a device for exercising leg muscles and butterflies. Such a wide range offers the user a wide range of training possibilities. The product has a smooth adjustment of the height of the barbell. Another advantage of the HMS atlas is the option of disconnecting the bench, thanks to which you can exercise in a standing position.
